i-Wrap Alcohol Based Flexographic Inks for Shrink Wrap

i-Wrap is an alcohol based flexographic ink series formulated for the printing of heat shrinkable films. It is designed to be reverse printed mainly on wide web presses. This ink is designed to provide a tough ink film for optimal scuff resistance to meet the demands of modern high speed shrink tunnels.

Characteristics
• Good adhesion to a wide variety of non-porous substrates
• Excellent rub and scuff resistance
• Clean, sharp printing for line and screen work
• Suitable for surface printing under normal rub conditions

Substrates

• Treated polyethylene shrinkable films

Typical Applications

• i-Wrap is formulated for reverse print shrink wrap applications. i-Wrap Surface inks may be used for surface print shrink applications.
• i-Wrap is available in a slow dry (SL) version for combination (solid/screen) printing.
