ANILOX DIAGNOSTIC

This diagnostic method utilizes an AniCam (3-D microscope camera) on a clean roll to measure its condition. Accurate information on the roll's cell volume in BCM (billion of cubic microns per square inch) is measured. A single diagnostic gives a snapshot of a roll's condition and suitability for certain jobs and number of diagnostics over intervals allows for predictive maintenance and scheduled roll reconditioning or replacement before failure.
